◉フィリピン日系人であること
a) 第二次世界大戦前または戦中に生まれ終戦後もフィリピンに残留した日本人/日系２世。
b) 上記aに宛てはまる残留日本人/残留日系２世の子孫。何世かや現住所は問いません。
◉Applicants must be:
a) War-displaced Japanese descendants or second-generation Nikkei-jin who was born before or during WWII and left behind in the Philippines after the war ；or
b) A descendant of the above, regardless of generation (third gen,fourth gen,fifth gen etc.) and place of current residence .
◉言語：英語、フィリピン語、日本語
◉Language：Essays must be written in English, Filipino, or Japanese
◉字数：
◎子どもの部・日本語（1000字以内） 英語、フィリピン語（400ワード以内）
◎若者／大人の部・日本語（1600字以内）、英語、フィリピン語（1000ワード以内）
◉Length：
◎Child：No more than 400 words in English and Filipino or 1000 Japanese characters.
◎Youth and Adult：No more than 1600 characters in Japanese characters or 1000 words in English and Filipino.
◉応募作品は未発表のものに限ります。Essays must be unpublished.
◉１人１作品のみの応募を受け付けます。Only one entry must be submitted per person.
◉応募締切：2023年12月31日必着／

応募用紙に「①名前、②生年月日、③性別（任意）、④国籍、⑤住所、⑥電話番号/携帯番号、⑦メールアドレス」を明記し、プリントアウトしたものを郵送、もしくはワードまたはPDFでEメールにて送付して下さい。

Winners will be announced on our official PNLSC website and at the same time individually notified in late March, 2024.
著作権は、募集者であるPNLSCに帰属するものとし、応募作品は返却いたしません。入賞者の氏名、作品は、作品集、ホームページ等に掲載いたします。
All essays become property of PNLSC and will not be returned. Winning essays and information about their authors will be posted on our official website , Facebook page, and newsletter.
